1. Nature of Digital Products

At Artofmentalism.in, all our offerings—including Tarot, NLP, and Manifestation classes—are digital products. Unlike physical goods, digital content is considered "consumed" the moment access is granted or the first module is opened. Because our knowledge-based products are intangible and irrevocable, we generally do not issue refunds once the purchase is complete.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

By making a purchase on this portal, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Content Access: Once you log into the Tutor LMS Pro portal and access any course material, you lose your right to a refund.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or personal reasons after the purchase.
  • Results Variance: Since the success of mind-mastery techniques depends on individual practice and dedication, we do not offer refunds based on perceived lack of results.

3. Exceptions & Eligibility

Refund requests will only be evaluated under these exclusive conditions:

  • Accidental Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same course due to a technical glitch, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
  • Zero Access Rule: If a refund request is made within 24 hours of purchase AND our backend tracking confirms that zero (0) lessons have been opened or watched.
  • Technical Failure: If a permanent technical error on our platform prevents you from accessing the course and our team is unable to fix it within 7 working days.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the criteria in Section 3, you must email your request to [email protected] with your order ID and the reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Razorpay/Bank Transfer) within 7-10 business days.

5. Violations & Policy Abuse

Any user found attempting to record, download, or share course credentials will have their account permanently banned without a refund. We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who exhibit a pattern of buying and requesting refunds across multiple products.
