2. Course Fees & Pricing

All fees for courses (Tarot, NLP, Mentalism, etc.) are clearly listed on the respective enrollment pages.

Dynamic Pricing: We reserve the right to change course prices or introduce promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
Inclusions: The fee covers digital access to the course material for the duration specified. Any physical kits or tools will have separate pricing and shipping charges.
Taxes: Listed prices are inclusive of all applicable digital service taxes/GST unless stated otherwise.

3. Digital Payments

To ensure elite security, all financial transactions are handled via Razorpay or other PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

Payment Completion: Full access to the Tutor LMS Pro portal is granted only after a successful payment confirmation.
Transaction Failures: We are not responsible for payments blocked by your bank or failed due to network issues. In case of a "debit without enrollment" scenario, the refund will be handled as per our Refund Policy.
No Storage of Data: We do not store your credit card numbers or banking passwords on our local servers.

4. Contact & Communication Consent

By providing your details, you grant Sudheer Kabeer and Artofmentalism.in explicit consent to contact you:

Transactional Messages: You will receive automated emails and WhatsApp alerts regarding your account, course updates, and certificates.
Marketing & Newsletters: You consent to receive updates about new classes, live webinars, and promotional offers.
Opt-out: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the "Unsubscribe" link, though transactional alerts will remain active for security purposes.

5. Content Ownership

All teaching methodologies, video content, and PDF workbooks are the intellectual property of Sudheer Kabeer. Any attempt to record, redistribute, or resell our materials will be met with legal prosecution under the Copyright Act.

6. Professional Disclaimer

The techniques taught in this portal involve subconscious mind mastery and spiritual tools. We do not provide medical or psychiatric advice. Individual results in manifestation and mentalism depend on personal practice, and we make no legal guarantees of specific life outcomes.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to block your access immediately and without refund if:

You share your login credentials with others.
You attempt to "scrape" or download video content illegally.
You exhibit disrespectful behavior in our community forums.

10. Data Privacy & Rights

We value your privacy and grant you full control over your personal information. Users have the right to access, rectify, or request the erasure of their data stored on the Artofmentalism.in servers at any time.

11. Account Deletion & Right to be Forgotten

In compliance with the Google Play Data Safety Policy, we provide a dedicated pathway for users to permanently delete their accounts.

Request Process: Users can authorize account removal through our Secure Deletion Portal. For security, you must be logged in to verify ownership.

Consequences: Account deletion is permanent. You will immediately lose access to all purchased Masterclasses, earned Certifications, and learning history. These assets cannot be restored.

Execution: Upon submission, your request (including IP and metadata) is logged for security. The data purge is completed within 7 business days.

Retention: Note that while profile data is erased, financial records of transactions are retained for statutory legal and taxation compliance as per Indian Law.
