1. Digital Course Delivery

For all digital products including Tarot, NLP, and Mentalism video courses:

  • Instant Fulfillment: Access is granted immediately upon successful completion of the payment.
  • Portal Access: Students can view their enrolled courses by logging into the "My Account" section at Artofmentalism.in/portal.
  • No Physical Component: Unless explicitly stated, digital courses do not include any physical books or kits.

2. Physical Product Shipping (India Only)

For physical mentalism kits, tools, or merchandise:

  • Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Transit Time: Delivery usually takes 5 to 9 business days depending on your location.
  • Tracking: Once the order is shipped, a tracking number (India Post / DTDC / Professional Couriers) will be sent to your registered email or WhatsApp.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Policy

To ensure transparency and protect against shipping damages or missing items, we follow a Strict Unboxing Policy. By purchasing a physical product, you agree to the following:

  • The Video: You must record a continuous, single-shot, unedited video of opening the package.
  • Verification: The video must clearly show the sealed courier label (with tracking ID) before you start opening it.
  • Detailed Inspection: You must inspect the items on camera to verify their condition.
  • Invalid Claims: Any claims regarding damage, leakage, or missing items WITHOUT a valid unboxing video will be summarily rejected.
  • Reporting Window: Issues must be reported via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Return Conditions

We only accept returns or exchanges if the product is found to be non-functional or physically damaged upon arrival (verified by unboxing video).

  • Original Condition: The product must be returned in the exact condition it was received.
  • No Wear & Tear: Any signs of usage, scratches, or wear and tear will void the return eligibility.
  • Original Packaging: All tags, boxes, manuals, and freebies must be included.

5. Return Shipping Process

Please note that Artofmentalism.in operates on a self-return model:

  • No Reverse Pickup: We do not provide a reverse courier pickup service.
  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for safely packing and shipping the item back to our designated warehouse.
  • Courier Selection: We recommend using India Post (Speed Post) or DTDC for reliable tracking.
  • Shipping Costs: All return shipping expenses must be borne by the customer. Shipping charges paid during purchase are non-refundable.

6. Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete details, or the customer being unavailable, re-shipping charges will apply for a second attempt.
